Vallecito Lake Bed & Breakfast - What a great place to vacation or hunt in the San Juan Mountains. This new unique B&B mountain home offers queen bedrooms, shared bath (if only rent one room), nice mountain view as you relax in the hot tub, local handmade furniture and impressive local game mounts. Stable your horse in the corral or try your hand in the fishing pond on site or lake nearby. Keep in touch with the world by Satellite TV or enjoy over 900 movies in the Theatre Room. Start each day with a "mountain man" or a "delightful ladies" breakfast as you enjoy the cool air and blue skies of Southwest Colorado.
Rates:
Hunter Room - $135 a night - 2 people, with 3 people max using twin bed
Rockwell Room - $145 a night - 2 people only
If both rooms are rented $250 a night, extra person charge still applies with up to a total of 7 people (3 in Hunter Room, 2 in Rockwell Room and 2 on hide-a-bed in Theater Room
$25 each additional person (when more than two per room)
6.8% Tax Rate not included in nightly rate
- No pets...feel free to love ours.
- No smoking in the house...you can smoke outside.
- No children under eight years of age.
- Enjoy our abundant wildlife...but please do not feed the animals.
- Hot tub hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please use beach towels.
- Feel free to watch any of the 900 movies in the Theater Room...please put them back.
- If you are not the only guests...the TV needs to be turned off by midnight.
- Please be back in the house by midnight.
- We have great neighbors...please respect them.
- Breakfast is at 9:00 a.m. We will work with you if you have somewhere to go.
- You must have fun!!!
Check-in 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you need to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please contact the Bear Paw Lodge Office. You will check-in at Bear Paw Lodge and they will bring you to our B&B.
Check-out 10:00 a.m. or earlier. Your cooperation is appreciated so we can prepare for other guests to arrive.
Any change in your reservation must be reported to us at least thirty (30) days prior to check-in date in order to relieve your obligation for the entire reservation. If less than thirty (30) days, we should still be notified since we will refund you for all days the Cabin/Home can be re-rented although a charge for extra cleaning may be imposed. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 fee per Cabin/Home. No refunds for early departure.
